Our Story

In 1998, Champion Autosport emerged under the visionary leadership of Danny Fazio, who kickstarted the venture armed with nothing more than a pickup truck and a modest three-car trailer. Initially focused on servicing dealers, Fazio quickly adapted to the escalating demand of the market, venturing into the transportation of snowbirds and expanding the fleet from a single trailer to an impressive five within the first two years.

The pivotal moment for Champion Autosport arrived when the burgeoning needs of the film industry prompted the initiation of enclosed vehicle transport—a decision that would mark the company's turning point. Taking on the responsibility of seamlessly moving picture cars between diverse movie sets across North America, Champion capitalized on this niche, elevating its status in the transport industry.

Recognizing a surging demand for enclosed transport, Champion Autosport expanded its services. In 2005, the company welcomed accomplished partners Joseph Bohbot and George Landau.

Today, Champion Autosport stands as the proud possessor of Quebec's largest fleet of enclosed carriers. With a dedicated route from their Montreal base to Florida, the company's flexibility is evident as they frequently extend their services to cities along the dynamic east coast of Canada and the United States, driven by the demands of their clientele.

In 2016, Champion Autosport embraced diversification by expanding into the classic car market, establishing its own dealership. This move not only showcased the company's commitment to evolution but also reflected its dedication to meeting the diverse needs of its discerning customer base.

Our Involvement

At Champion Autosport, our commitment to community engagement goes beyond vehicle transport. We are proud to share our active involvement in the Montreal Children's Hospital Toy Drive, spreading joy and making a positive impact on the lives of young patients during the holiday season.

In December 2023, Champion Autosport enthusiastically participated in the Montreal Children's Hospital Toy Drive. Our team collected and donated a variety of toys, aiming to bring smiles to the faces of the young patients spending their holidays in the hospital. We were honored to be part of an initiative that fosters a sense of joy and community during a time that can be challenging for families.

Our involvement in the Montreal Children's Hospital Toy Drive is not a one-time effort. Champion Autosport is dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of children. We are proud to announce our commitment to continue supporting the Toy Drive each year, ensuring that we play a role in spreading happiness and supporting the hospital's efforts to create a positive environment for its young residents.
